Your CV will be based on the criteria established for potential applicants. Phone Screening – An informal phone conversation that can run anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes and is essentially a ‘get-to-know-you’ call. Afterwards, HR will schedule your interview. Interview with the CEO or directors of the firm. The interview will center on your experience and the talents you gained in past roles/companies. If you pass the interview, our HR department will send you a draft offer letter via email. We will set up a formal meeting with the operations manager. Afterwards, we will introduce you to the team before your actual start date.
